Shelby Penrod

Shelby joined the Bill Westcott, Inc. team in March 2026 after building a strong foundation in the financial services industry. She previously worked at another financial firm and earned her FPQP® (Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional) designation, furthering her commitment to serving clients with care and professionalism. Throughout her career, she has found a true passion for helping people and building meaningful connections.

A Tucson native, Shelby has a deep appreciation for the community she calls home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and making memories with her son, Elijah, who keeps her laughing every day.
